Anonymous asked: world book day is specifically meant to be handing out books to underprivileged individuals who cannot afford to purchase books and do not necessarily have ready access to them. like i get that you're excited but technically the books are for those who cannot normally access them.
I read that on the website for it after making the post- I don’t understand why the woman handing them out gave one to me then. I might donate it to the library or something so more people can access it.
